I applied online and received an e-mail back within 3 weeks. I have my first interview over Skype as I was abroad at the time. I was then sent another e-mail to come in for a face-to-face interview however this had to be done online as well as I was still abroad. Both interviews lasted about 30-45 minutes each and I was told on the same day of my final interview that I had got the job.
