I applied online and received an e-mail back within 3 weeks. I have my first interview over Skype as I was abroad at the time. I was then sent another e-mail to come in for a face-to-face interview however this had to be done online as well as I was still abroad. Both interviews lasted about 30-45 minutes each and I was told on the same day of my final interview that I had got the job.

Most questions were competency based questions - some background on the company but mostly about you as a person
3 rounds of interviews
Mostly behavior questions "tell me about a time..."
Be prepared to answer questions about previous experience with specific examples
It will likely be done over Web-ex (their business version of Skype)
They are likely to be global virtual sales account managers.
Know Cisco and know what direction they're going in (IoT)
