Clean Water Action Canvaser interview questions

After a phone interview, they invited me to a second in-person interview/observation day. This lasted about 9 hours consisted of a chance to observe the office environment, review canvassing skills, actually go out and canvass with a trainer, and then they will invite you to solo canvass if they are considering you. I was compensated for the solo canvassing I did. Once I drove back to the office, I was told I got the job. Unfortunately, I denied the offer because the work environment was not for me, and the pay was not realist for me. This position would of been more suitable if I was still a student.

It's very easy to get initially hired. They'll basically hire anyone as long as they aren't a vegetable. Getting through training is the tricky part. You have to fundraise a minimum amount during the first weeks, and then you become a permanent part of the team. I think the first day is $50, and the days after it's a bit more. You need to make $150 after the first couple weeks.
