Position was listed as full time in job description, extremely misleading info. Applied and within 3 hours got a screening call with an administrative person. She said I sounded like a good fit and set up a Skype interview with a supervisor for the next morning. Unfortunately ended up just being a commission-style canvassing job. Stopped the interview short and stopped pursuing the position.

My interview was brief and casual (you truly need not dress formally, as they instruct). At the end of the interview, my interviewer invited me to the second, in-person interview, which is a trial day of work at CWA. During the trial day (again, casual dress), I shadowed a canvasser for most of the time and did some independent canvassing at the end. The mentor clarified expectations of the job and even described bonus earnings opportunities. When we returned to the office, an employee consulted with me privately to offer the job since my mentor recommended me based on my trial performance.

Fairly quick and painless process. I applied online from a job board site and got a response after a day or two to set up a skype interview. The interview was easy in the sense the office director just asked simple background questions and questions about why you are interested. They decided on the spot to invite me for an observation day on the the following week.
