Interview
The interviewing process wasn't difficult at all. I applied online on their website as a field canvasser and was given a call the next day about coming in for an interview. I set up an interview the next day available. The interview was short and concise, basically answering some questions about yourself that I don't feel really related to the job. Afterwards, I was given the opportunity to go on an observational interview. This was basically just a day out in the field shadowing a field manager and learning the basic "rap" of what you say door to door. After the day out, I was brought into the office and asked if I wanted to stay on board.

Interview
Simple phone interview where the hiring manager did an overview of the job to see if it would work for me and sounded like a good fit. Was asked why I want to work there and what I know about the organization.

Interview
Very nice and friendly environmental. The interview went like a smooth conversation, felt very comfortable and relaxed. First I received a call, where they asked a couple questions to make sure it would be a good fit. Then I was invited to interview through a zoom call.
it was a multiple layer process. the actual field experience was a bit too much in my opinion for an interview process. more than 10 hours canvassing and with no money raised you dont get the job which they do not tell you prior
