Interview
Very Basic, they ask that you bring 2 copies of your ID, and a copy of your current resume. Then they ask you a few questions and explain how their training works, and what you need to do to make staff, which is basically to raise $800 in one week.
Basically if you have a resume and two forms of ID, you will be hired, but if you fail to raise 80 during one of your 1st two days then your fired, and if you cant make or come close to 800 the second week then your fired, and if you cant make 800 the 3rd week, even if your close, then your automatically fired company policy almost no exception.

Very nice and friendly environmental. The interview went like a smooth conversation, felt very comfortable and relaxed. First I received a call, where they asked a couple questions to make sure it would be a good fit. Then I was invited to interview through a zoom call.
it was a multiple layer process. the actual field experience was a bit too much in my opinion for an interview process. more than 10 hours canvassing and with no money raised you dont get the job which they do not tell you prior
