I applied online to the Austin location and within a couple of hours I received a call. It was 5 minute phone interview with resulted in my offer to come in for a 1 on 1. I was told to bring an updated copy of my resume and to dress casual. My boyfriend rode with me to my interview and did not want to leave until I found the office and even after that he didn't feel comfortable leaving. The office is located in a very old and sketchy looking building (looks like the building was never updated from the time it was built) that lead to me believe that the organization is very underfunded. Walking in with some jeans, a shirt and blazer I felt extremely over dressed compared to the "I was just at home relaxing and decided to come to work" look everyone else had on. The staff was very friendly at first and the interviewer was very nice and inspiring, but with no real detail about the job in general.

Very nice and friendly environmental. The interview went like a smooth conversation, felt very comfortable and relaxed. First I received a call, where they asked a couple questions to make sure it would be a good fit. Then I was invited to interview through a zoom call.
