The interview process might change soon. I called went in for a brief interview. Then went in for my paid observation night where you learn how to phone canvass and call some members. Following that you need to get $60 a night on card for a few nights. I was good at it so I did it quickly. Some people do not make it which sucks because they think they got the job because the interview went well.

You have an initial interview and then come in for an Observation Day. This is a time for you to try out canvassing, and see if it's a good fit. You work with a trainer and gain some initial skills so the best thing to do is relax and be yourself!
