Apply online, informal phone interview, than informal in person interview followed by long and boring onboarding process. Seems a bit redundant and can be done more efficiently. Overall, not horrible and should not be something to deter someone or make them nervous.

I thankfully didn’t get lost. They gave you a validation for parking. It wasn’t what I expected and everyone was very nice. The person who interviewed me was very kind and easy to talk too!
