I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Cleveland Clinic
Interview
Terrible process. Lack of communication, and no focus on their reputation as an employer. Yes, they are a top hospital, but their interview process is awful. After my onsite interview, I received an automated email, 3+ weeks later. Not disappointed at not getting an offer, as I was going to turn them down, due to their lack of empathy during the interview process, and the overwhelming responsibilities of this backfill position.
