Screening call scheduled, but cancelled and replaced with a request for written answers to questions. Then a follow up interview was scheduled, rescheduled, and ultimately cancelled again. Wish they were more transparent with their screening process and scheduling.

Multiple rounds, each round involved “homework” for the candidate who is asked to read and analyze a case study. I am sure it is helpful for the company, but it requires a lot of time and makes for some awkward conversations about hypothetical facts during the actual interviews.
