I applied answered a few preliminary questions then was sent a case study that I spent 15 hours on. I never spoke to anyone and I felt if I was asked to fill out this case study the least they could do was interview me to better understand my thoughts behind what I wrote. They stated that there is a heavy emphasis on clear thinking that can be express in writing since all workers are remote. I have worked remote for many years and have never felt that I could not communicate my thoughts clearly. Clipboard needs to understand that not knowing exactly how their business works, I used a strategy that I have used in my previous experiences.
