Coalition Software Engineer I interview questions

Typical process with usual questions. Nothing special in it - might have some unusual stages due to your experience. Not a difficult interview. Company is in process of transition and doesn't have process nailed down. Just be clear with expectations of compensation upfront - company might not be able to afford you. Company has an unusual vesting schedule that is very back-heavy as well - which makes them significantly less competitive in the marketplace due to no bonus structure. Talking to other people and looking here - it looks like the company might have trouble affording competitive talent. So... expect vague rejection letters when comp inevitably comes up. Company seems to also be looking at skillset and not aptitude. I expect outsourcing soon based on that feedback. Be wary. Personally - I wouldn't bother interviewing here again. It was a large waste of time that could've been resolved in the first 10 minutes of talking with a recruiter.
