Contacted by recruiter for a phone screen, then second round with hiring manager. Hiring manager rescheduled the day before our call for a "conflict [he] couldn't miss" for a week later. It then took ~1.5 weeks and me following up to receive any kind of update. Overall the process seems poorly planned and they don't seem to prioritize the candidates or the candidate experience. I also found the rejection email to be typical and boilerplate and was then ghosted by the recruiter when asking for feedback. Unfortunately a common practice.
