I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at College Works Painting (Cincinnati, OH) in Dec 2012
Interview
They come into your class and tell you that you have the opportunity to make thousands of dollars and have you fill out a slip. They then call you and set you up for an information session. Then they ask if you're still interested. If they like you and you're interested they will do a phone interview which is a basic screener. Once you pass that you have an interview with a district manager, then another one with a vice president. Overall the interview process is pretty lengthy and detailed.
Accommodating to students, however interviewer turned unprofessional and hostile regarding means of transport that would be supplied personally to the position, which is when the interview process ended. Other than that, questions were relatively basic.
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at College Works Painting (East Lansing, MI) in Feb 2020
Interview
Very shady and suspicious. The interviewer purposely will hide as much information from you as possible. They lack transparency and try to mislead you as much as possible. The interview process felt like a waste of time and I am thankful that I did not accept the offer. They would not take no for an answer and tried to get me to accept and I had to block their number for them to leave me alone.

Three interviews: one phone, one skype, one in person. The phone interview was just a screening, the skype was an info meeting, and the in person was a real interview.
