      Management is awful and upper management is even worse

      The only positive part of this company is the people you meet.

      Cons

      • If you are thinking about joining, do not do it • Management is terrible and upper management is even worse • False promises are used during interviews just to get people hired • Work life balance is basically nonexistent • Constant overtime is expected just to keep up with workload, with no appreciation or overtime pay • Most weekdays and weekends were consumed by work • Employees are forced to cover extra costs out of their own pocket • Despite significant effort, none of the promised results ever materialized • There is no real path for progression, so it is not worth staying if you want growth

      Pros

      From my experience working here, there aren't any. Don't waste your time with College Works Painting.

      Cons

      Employees receive zero training, but are immediately expected to perform at a high level and meet difficult demands right from the start. The pay is pretty terrible as well. Definitely wouldn't recommend working here to anyone.
