Pros

Working at College Works Painting is a "start it yourself" that is bound to work. You are assigned to a District Manager who has been through the internship before you and he/she is dedicated to your success. In fact, their success is directly dependent on your success. Excellent motivation and guidance.

Cons

There is the possibility that you can work your butt off in this internship and not see returns promised to you by management. However, the experience is worth it nonetheless.

Pros

Learn alot, grow alot. You think you're making money while doing the program.

Cons

You won't get paid unless you're at the high end of producers. I'm in debt and was in the top 5 producers in my division. So what's the high end?

Pros

Compensation and real world expereince are the top reasons to work for CWP. You wont get the respect you deserve, but you will feel amazing when you sit back and realize what you have accomplished. You must finish as much work as you can or you wont see the benefits of profit. The other great part, is although you must buy equipment in the beginning, you don't spend a dime. CWP takes the money from your profit.

Cons

This isn't easy. If you are the type of person who wants to make a great deal of money by sitting at a desk, this isn't for you. you will work hard. If you do not finish the summer, you will not make any money as you will owe more then you made.
