Interview
Very straight foward, 1 hour interview. Interviewed by the district manager, he was a very relaxed guy. The following day they called me and told me i had the job. The next week I started working and they let me show them that I was a decent painter.

Interview
I was phone screened and then I was put into a group interview in at a local location such as a starbucks and I was asked many questions. The interview was friendly and relaxing rather than intimidating as many have been. The process was just finding hard workers and and people that were looking to put in the time and effort and willing to be coachable and that helped me much.
