Interview
At first there was an informal informational interview where three potential employees showed up to get more information from two different people who were interviewing (Branch and District Managers). They only allowed one of us to go on to the next formal interview with just the district manager. From there it feels like you have a constant competition to stay on top of your game to get the most leads on potential painters and flyer/advertisement distributors ect.

Starts with a phone screening, then Goes into an information session. Eventually you get to do a reverse interview and ask your questions as well as share information about yourself, from there are multiple formal interviews.
Straight forward and informative. You go through a couple of rounds of group interviews and then a phone call with the VP. Then an in-person interview at some location (Probably not now with covid).

3 rounds, one with district manager, one with President, and another I forgot. They like to hire people who played sports in high school and people who work hard. Ask if you have transportation and make sure you understand the internship is a painting business where you go D2D for leads.
