Comcast Billing Customer Service Representative interview questions

Had a 30 minute phone interview which then I was instructed to take an assessment test. I was then called for my interview which consisted of an hour long informative group session explaining the job overview and benefits. Immediately after that I shadowed an employee listening to a few calls. Then I had my one on one interview which he only asked situational questions he read from a paper. After the questions he had me sign a paper stating agreement to the hours and training and told me I'll hear back in 7-10 days. I received a denial email.

I applied for the job online and the very next day receive a text and email to set up a phone interview. The recruiter than sent me a email to take an assessment few days later I got a call to attend a group session and have a phone interview. The group session is just going over benefits and about them. I had my one on one interview and than I had a interview with the manager. He told me I will know something within 7 days. Just a waiting process. This interview was Jan 30th so it's only been a day lol
