The interview process was very standard, two step interview process. The first was with HR to verify resume and experience, then the second was with the home health team leads to discuss specifics of experience and describe roles and responsibilities of the job).

Two stages on zoom. First with hr to confirm resume details then with department team to discuss specifics of positions, team culture, expectations, benefits, hours, roles and responsibilities. It was about 3 hours for both parts
