It was very easy. Just initial interview then proceed with an online assessment which took me a couple hours to complete. It consists of grammar, vocabulary and customer service assessments.

It was okay. Got a phone call then got invited to do an English language assessment then an interview . It was easy. You get the usual questions in any customer service interview
