It was in between easy and hard. You just have to be prepared for random questions especially personal and experiential questions that is connected with the position you are applying for.

It was okay. Got a phone call then got invited to do an English language assessment then an interview . It was easy. You get the usual questions in any customer service interview

Very simple and straightforward. They were relaxed and easy to speak with. Had a fun time with guessing an item which was a kitchen appliance, this served as a base to a successful interview.
