I was recruited by employee of concentrix in megamall. I went on site application. At first you need to sign up for info. about yourself. Then the initial interview for 3 people. You three will going to ask different questions. After I passed and getting ready for the Assesment, moddle and typing test also, amcat. If you didnt pass and your score is closer to the passing rate then you will be given a chance to retake the assessment. But I pass again so I went to the recruitment room. They will be having a pre screening process which you will need to say if did you finish college? any back up subject? or even Awol? Tip: Just be honest. They take everything what you say as long as it is true. After that, they will profile you to the specific account. If you did not pass but you are still qualified, you will be given another chance to rlget reprofile to other accounts and take some test like svar, versant or written versant, it really depends on what account you were in. This assessment really took me sometime like I went home late at night . Recruitmemt staff said that I need to go back the other day for the final interview for another account since I did not pass those test. I came back the other day like the afternoon and getting ready for the mock call as final interview for telco account. I just follow some tips and got J.O that day. I dont like voice and looking for non voice though maybe this is my calling.. I prayed for this so I just continue.
