Process was long but easy. Met every qualification but still received a email informing me I had not been selected for the position. So even if you’re qualified, you chances of getting the position is little to none.

I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Concentrix (Mandaluyong City) in Aug 2019
Interview
The interview process was straightforward. The initial interview then the general exam then 2nd interview for profiling. Interviewers will initially profile all candidates to the highest possible position for that site or for any other site with the highest possible salary. Depending on how the candidate passes or fails any exam or interview, there will still be lots of fallback accounts wherein a candidate can be profiled instead of simply telling a candidate he/she failed and then sent home and a prospective employee is lost who could have been accepted for a lower paying account.
