It was the most odd interview I've ever had. She talked about her non-research background - almost like justifying her role. Talking about her mother-in-law, and the history of Dutch colonialism. I was completely lost at this point. However, the HR who fixed the interview schedule was absolutely wonderful, respectful and pleasant to talk to.

Question 1
The hiring manager did not ask any technical questions. Instead, she asked how to work with inter-department personnel, more like a kind of question for an entry-level candidate. Asking if my Ph.D. is obtained online or offline. Overall, it was a waste of time and a disappointing interview.
