Interview
I got a Job at Concentrix as a Customer support Advisor in Ontario Canada. It was a tough interview, to be honest. Must be serious and well-prepared to get the Job. 1 round was an online video interview 20 min. 2 round was 3 Assignments( Typing, Technical, English Grammar)which were time-based and needed to be passed to move to the next round. 3 round was 45 min Phone interview with all HR-based questions. 4 Round was an English test.

Question 1
1. Strength & Weakness.2 Situation CSR questions 3. Some very tricky ones too.
Tech support virtual interview and writing assessment, English fluency typing and recorded virtual interview. It was a good experience until now I hope I can get into the next rounds.
It was fun and okay overall, but it felt repetitive after a while. The experience mainly consisted of the usual, typical call center questions, making it less engaging than expected.
Online video submission, asked a couple of questions. The most difficult part was the intensive background check that came after. But due to the nature of the work it is understandable.
