Interview
They delay the interview and decide the new dates without consulting with me. Which was annoying because they did it twice. And they didn't even mailed me. Lack of communication and management. Also I have heard there working hours are also not suitable.
There were 3-4 rounds, varying from person to person. If a person is directly hired, then maybe 3 rounds, and if through a consultancy, then 4.
