Easy, they are trying to fill as many seats as possible. I wouldnt recommend the job itself as it was bad for my mental health. Not the best example of a good place to work.

Very long interview process with no outcome email.you apply for job and you get no reply makes it very disappointing for the person who is applying for the job. I would not recommend applying for this company
