very basic question like restarting computers, what is Wi-Fi and ethernet connection etc, and some customer service focused situational questions, if they are really hiring, they would basically take anyone with basic soft skills
It was quick and smooth… however it took some time from offer letter to actual start
It was actually a remote interview, already programmed so no physical interviewer… just you being on camera and answering all the questions ..

If you have a good communication skill you may crack it.
