What a confused outfit this is: I was contacted by a recruiter on May 30, 2019 who quoted me a base salary that was substantially lower than what I have been earning. He said he'd "look into it" (presumably to ascertain the possibility of a higher base.) He said he'd get back to me. He never got back to me. I received an email asking me to take a lengthly on-line skills/personality assessment. I was then asked to come in for an in-person interview. I agreed to come in on June 3 at 11 am and meet with two hiring managers. An hour prior to that interview, however, I received an email asking if I could come in at 3 pm instead. I let them know it was an inconvenience and that I had to adjust my schedule that day to accommodate. Two things happened during that "interview" that were major turn-offs: 1. I was quoted an even LOWER base salary than the first person quoted me. and 2. one of the two hiring managers kept getting up to leave the interview to take cell phone calls. ( at least six times). They said they'd "look into the base salary issue" and get back to me. Reluctantly, I agreed to return in two days to "shadow" sales reps. When I returned on June 5th at the designated time it appeared they had forgotten I was coming. I'd scheduled an hour and it took them a half hour to locate and set up a headset so I could listen to sales reps phone calls. When I left I asked again about the base salary discrepancy. I was told for a third time they'd "look into it" and get back to me. That was over three weeks ago. I never heard back from this company.
