I first interviewed with the HR rep, then interviewed with the manager for the position, who rubbed his face and didn't look at the camera for the entire interview, as if he was extremely tired or bored or both. Third interview was with a larger marketing team and that manager again, who continued to rub his face and seem tired. I got a great feeling from most of the group interview participants, including another team member who was pleased by my book recommendation and my work style, which she said matched hers. Then I got an anonymous email saying something like my resume was no longer being considered. Bummer. I thought I was highly qualified for the position.
