I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Continental (Lindau (Bodensee)) in Aug 2015
Interview
First: telephone discussions. After that a scheduled interview with HR and afterwards via phone with the technical leader. Another interview with the Team Leader via CISCO. Offer received cca. after 1 month from the start of the process.
I declined the offer because I received a huge salary increase in the project I was working at that time (freelancing). Advice: do not reject the offer because in the future you may be rejected if you apply for the same position or in the same location! I made a mistake which costs me in the present.
It was nicely organized (despite the fact that the technical interview was done afterwards by phone). The travel expenses were paid afterwards. Interview feeling: nice people, nice location, everything worked like things work in Conti: smooth and according to plan.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Continental (Querétaro, Querétaro) in Dec 2022
Interview
The interview process looks not very organized. It seems like the manager does not have the experience to interview experienced candidates. The interview was very random. Also, the hiring manager is asking about salary expectations this is normally a hr topic.
