Interview
Had three phone interviews and two in person meetings. The last meeting I had to be one of the most rude experiences I've had the displeasure to have.
Outside of the fact that there seems to be no formal process, agenda or communication. I was struck by the lack of civility and arrogance that was delivered during my last meeting. The hiring managers expectations and behavior, exemplifies the type of corporate "blood from a stone" mentality that is endemic in today's declining american workplace. Complete lack of respect, commitment and effort on the interviewer side of the process.
I dedicated a lot of time to this process, I expect a little civility. No need to interview further declined further exploration.
