New people who joined last year for business systems No vision, no proper management, it's purely monopoly kind of Recent hierarchy changes tells that even top management are blind on decisions happening in the company, people who did not achieved or worked anything becoming directors/managers People who are actually working are becoming target for them, due to this no work life balance and teams are suffering

A CEO that not only lacks charisma but also empathy, a very US centric approach. No merit unless you get a promotion. A lot of politics and favouritism. They are burning people out without rewards.
