Pros

Historically had a great culture of smart, nice people working to deliver solutions that solved real-world issues for organizations.

Cons

After 2 years of missing quota Q over Q and blaming on it everyone else- the CRO is still there??? His GVP of direct sales has 0 emotional intelligence. Sadly a toxic culture in pockets (still some pockets are good).

Pros

Flexible company with work life balance, gives us four wellness days a year, good benefits, allows me to work from home. I really like the people I work with.

Cons

Overall company vibe right now seems uncertain. Regularly doing mass layoffs, last time was before Thanksgiving which rubbed me the wrong way. Nobody at the company is getting pay raises this year. Instead of acknowledging loyalty, company has a “what have you done for me lately” attitude.

Thank you for being part of our team. We understand that times of transformation can feel uncertain. We're excited about the direction we're heading and have been increasing transparency internally so that everyone is aligned on where we're headed and clear on how leadership is committing to support employees through change. If you weren't able to join our two most recent All Hands, recordings are available. We care deeply about our people and their experience, and if you'd like to share more about your perspective, I encourage you to reach out to me or a member of our People team. - Carina Cortez, Chief People Officer
