-Dysfunctional, inaccessible leadership and useless middle management -Unclear and constantly changing processes, expectations & responsibilities -Directional changes and decisions for the product(s) that are poorly planned and executed in a rush, which negatively impact customers and leaves employees scrambling for clarity when there is none -Extremely difficult to find up-to-date information on anything (product, internal policies & processes, etc.) -Minimal opportunities to connect with colleagues, no cohesive culture, siloed teams and departments
