Pros

I left making life long friends.

Cons

I would not personally recommend Cornerstone as a workplace within the sales organisation based on my experience. While the company has a strong external brand, my experience internally did not reflect what I expected from a global organisation. I found leadership support and communication to be inconsistent, with limited coaching and unclear direction at times, which made it challenging to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment. I also felt the culture within parts of the organisation could be quite political and at times exclusionary, which impacted team morale and overall employee experience. There appears to be ongoing turnover within the sales team, and in my view, this relates more to culture and leadership challenges than the role itself. By the end of my time there, the experience had negatively impacted my confidence and wellbeing, which is not something I have experienced elsewhere in my career. There are good people within the business, but overall, my experience was not a positive one

This is definitely not the experience we want Cornerstars to walk away with, and we continue working hard to improve how employees feel supported through periods of growth and change. If you are open to it, you are welcome to reach out to me directly any time to discuss further. - Carina Cortez, Chief People Officer

Pros

There are no pros at this time.

Cons

I encourage anyone reading these reviews to notice how no one finds the 4.0 and 5.0 ratings helpful as these are most likely being created by the same person or with some form of persuasion. If you notice the negative reviews, there are multiple people who find those helpful which means those sentiments are actually true and shared by just the poster.

We know periods of growth and transformation can create very different employee experiences, and open dialogue is important to us. Building a culture of transparency, listening, and continuous improvement remains a priority for me and the leadership team. We value our employees and while we know not every experience will be the same, we are grateful to hear the many positive experiences employees continue to share. If you'd like to talk further, please reach out to me any time. - Carina Cortez, Chief People Officer
