Very odd process. I was notified right away about an introductory interview, which we arranged for the next day. It was by phone with a recruiter, and it seemed to go well. And then...I was nearly ghosted. I reached out with a few emails to express continued interest, and the recruiter did finally (after two weeks or so) get back to me to say a hiring manager was out of the office for a couple of weeks. Those weeks past and then....nothing. I tried to call the number listed on their website, but they have no operator, no receptionist, no automated phone attendant with options to reach anyone; just a voicemail inbox. This company purportedly has grown from 50 to 500 employees in a two years, but has very little online presence and no way to actually reach its staff. And their active job listings last for months at a time, or reoccur frequently. There is something that doesn't seem "right" about the company. Try looking up to find who the CEO is. The owner. The president. This information is no where to be found on any business website. Their website doesn't even have an "About Us" page. I'm not convinced it's actually a real company, but I can't figure out the purpose of the interview.
