Interview
I applied online on the Marriott website, and about a week later I heard back from the Operations Supervisor. We set up a time for me to come in and interview with the Assistant GM (since the Ops Supervisor was going on vacation) later in the week. The interview was very relaxed. She only asked a couple of questions, and she gave me a LOT of details about the position. Then she offered me the job on the spot and I accepted. The rest of the time was spent doing an oral drug test and filling out a form consenting to a background check.

Tell me about yourself and how you heard about the position.
Great, I asked her basic questions. Looked at résumé, asked experience and why the job is good for you. Had one interview, then was offered the position. Tour of the building, and then background check, hired.
They posted an application on Indeed, and I passed the skill test they gave. I then managed to get the job by following up and calling the store and then speaking to the assistant manager.

Quick phone interview, followed by 5 min in person interview. Asked me to tell them a little about myself, and asked questions about past interactions with customers. I first had a brief phone interview, followed by a one on one in person interview.
