STAR method used for interviewing mostly. All situational questions and some personal questions about describing yourself but mainly "tell me about a time when" questions used. It was an in person interview and I got offered the job on the spot.

Met with the GM and did the interview in the lobby as the place wasn't super busy. Typical interview questions and availability was asked. Told me they would reach out within a week. Took them a bit longer and had to follow up but got the job.
