Explain the position of the front desk and added that we had to make the occasional Starbucks. Did not mention about learning the bistro and banquets because they didn’t have the staff for those departments

This was a traditional, fair, easy process. General questions about abilities, why you want to work for the company, and what made you choose this career field. Nothing out of the ordinary.
