Had my first round phone call interview and was told I was going to hear back on a specific date. I ended up hearing back and I had to schedule a video interview with the hiring manager and the director. They told me that I was to hear back with the offer or not within that week but I never heard back after 2 emails that I tried to follow up with them about. Another week goes by and randomly I receive a call saying I didn't get the offer. They do a terrible job at communicating with you.
