I applied online and received an email about scheduling with a recruiter. We had an interview that went really well, she moved forward with sending me the assessment and I completed it immediately. She followed up the next day and scheduled me for an interview for the following day, which I thought was a great sign. She called me 15 minutes before the scheduled interview and said the hiring director had an emergency and asked to reschedule. No problem! We moved the interview for 2 days later. I showed up to the rescheduled interview and nobody ever showed up. I emailed the hiring manager and recruiter when it was 10 minutes into our scheduled interview time, and I was told "let me see if there is a problem. My apologies". I never heard back from them after that, even after offering to reschedule AGAIN and expressing my interest in the role. Completely ghosted. Absolute waste of my time, and it's a shame because I know I am qualified for the role and was really excited about the potential opportunity. Bad, bad business.
