Simple process. Submitted the online application, then a week later, was contacted for a 30 minute phone interview with the recruiter. 4 days after the phone interview, I was informed that I will be moving on to the next round and would be interviewing with the hiring manager. The 45 minute video interview went well. I was told at the end of the interview to submit writing samples, which I submitted. Then, I should be hearing back from the recruiter about next steps. The hiring manager even sent an email with a few tips and recommended items to research (if needed) that she provided to all of the candidates to ensure they have the opportunity to put their best foot forward in the interview process. After a week of hearing nothing from the HR team, I decided to give them a couple more days before I sent a follow-up e-mail. Next thing I knew, I saw the position re-posted on LinkedIn. I never heard anything back. This was highly unprofessional.
