Had recruiter reach out to set things up seeing interest in my profile. Followed with 2 interviews. The first interviewer talked for 30 minutes rambling about the company, which seems very disorganized, leaving 15 minutes for the candidate to speak. Second interview was with a different department which was more serious and focused on the candidate. Spoke a lot towards their desire for work life balance nd happy hour events more than anything the company stood for. Kind of a waste of time honestly.
