It was smooth and surprisingly fast for four separate interviews. The recruiter was extremely communicative during the entire process. The interviews felt straight-forward and natural, more about fit and style than qualifications. Some of the more typical questions were asked as part of the reference check process. I was also asked to do a writing assignment, so I know they put a lot of stock into the recruiting process.
