I was told I would have to send in a video introduction and also conduct an online assessment. All this to cater to the VP i believe. - WAY TOO LENGTHY. If you are going to go through all these steps in todays world...good luck finding someone. I had been approached by atleast 5 different companies that are trying to fill this role... and one account manager actually told me that they are offering a very low salary. Atleast 30 % lower than industry, Comapnies such as credible should reallize one thing before trying to acquire talent... if you claim to be growing show it in your offers.. dont claim big and then offer low salaries.
