Very hap hazard. Minimal interaction at first and then, hyper urgency for you to come for a meeting. Conversation with CEO was engaging in the first meeting and not so much after that. CTO was nice and helpful. VP level (that manages many departments) was intense yet aloof. Tons of questions but no real interaction. Didn't really sell the company or its mission but rather made it seem I would be honored and lucky if I got the job. Communication with me after I declined an offer was cut off. Very uncomfortable and unusual process.
