Took three weeks from application to scheduled phone interview. A recorded video interview that had to be completed within three days. Via email, HR scheduled a phone interview. At the agreed-upon time of the phone interview, I waited...and waited for the call. As I had no phone number for HR, I emailed the recruiter twice over a half-hour period while waiting. No call; no reply email. I had read more than 50 negative reviews of this company, many saying that employees never know from day-to-day whether they will be fired. I'm wondering if the recruiter got fired today? As interviewees, we know that first impressions count. Well, that's true for the company, too. This "first impression" was rude and unprofessional and adds validation to the dozens of scathing reviews from former employees.
