You have to jump through a lot of hoops just to get to the interview, which should make the first question I note below, unnecessary. I drove 2 hours (1 way) to the location, knowing full well I would need to move if I got the positions. I only note this to show the level of commitment I had to the company. They provide your with a list of their benefits that are very good. They hold the interview after hours and you are supposed to meet 4 people. The provide a dinner which is nice, and the people seem approachable. You are then given a presentation that shares the results of the company and a little on their history. Many of the questions I was being asked seemed to be about my age and ability to keep up and not about my capabilities. They have two sets of interviews in a given nigh, but I was sent to a room and told to wait.The HR manager came to the room after about 15 minutes and indicated they did not have time for my forth interview telling me another date would be set up. I knew before I left the room this would not happen. My take away from this company is that they are missing out on diversity of thought and experience you only get with age and time in a role. If you are not already hired them and/or under your late 40's you need not apply. The good news is that they make a decision quickly so you can move on.
